Portal 36 Restaurant was born from the hand of chef Pepe Lastra. After the necessary years of comprehensive training at the San Javier School of Catering in A Coruña, Pepe Lastra began his professional career as a chef at the seafood restaurant A la Brasa in A Coruña, where he worked successfully for eleven years.
Then he moved to Lugo, where again as chef de cuisine he would be linked learning and putting into practice his knowledge in the Mesón do Canedo, for a period of three years.
On the twentieth of December 2013 the Restaurant Portal 36 opens its doors with all the illusion and eagerness to please and retain its customers, sharing with all of them the experience acquired and the innovations that arise.
To this end, every day we say good morning with an extensive cafeteria service, at noon an aperitif with special and select tapas, and then give way to the food where the traditional is combined with the avant-garde, accompanied by a careful and extensive wine list. We always look forward to seeing you again.
